Junior Fund Regulations Specialist
This is your primary area of responsibility:
Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients (relationship management)
Review and submission of regulatory applications including updated fund documentation like prospectus, articles of association or fund contract, annual and semi-annual reports, and KIDs with the FINMA
Assist in the registration of foreign funds in Switzerland
Connect with clients to develop the value of Acolin and advise them on our different services
Initiate individual contracts (i.e., representative and paying agency agreement) based on sample agreements
Review of marketing material within the framework of legal and self-regulatory requirements
General tasks such as internal reporting and invoice reviews
What are we looking for?
Ideally 1 - 2 years of professional experience in the finance or legal sector (BSc / MSc in finance or legal-related fields will be considered).
You have quick comprehension and organizational talent, and your ability to set priorities is vital for your demanding task.
Your team can rely on your precise, reliable, and independent working method.
You are a customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
German is is a must and you are stylistically confident in English (good knowledge of French is a plus).
