Junior Fund Regulations Specialist
This is your primary area of responsibility:
- Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients (relationship management)
- Review and submission of regulatory applications including updated fund documentation like prospectus, articles of association or fund contract, annual and semi-annual reports, and KIDs with the FINMA
- Assist in the registration of foreign funds in Switzerland
- Connect with clients to develop the value of Acolin and advise them on our different services
- Initiate individual contracts (i.e., representative and paying agency agreement) based on sample agreements
- Review of marketing material within the framework of legal and self-regulatory requirements
- General tasks such as internal reporting and invoice reviews
- Ideally 1 - 2 years of professional experience in the finance or legal sector (BSc / MSc in finance or legal-related fields will be considered).
- You have quick comprehension and organizational talent, and your ability to set priorities is vital for your demanding task.
- Your team can rely on your precise, reliable, and independent working method.
- You are a customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
- German is is a must and you are stylistically confident in English (good knowledge of French is a plus).
