\\n For our client, a European purchasing alliance headquartered in Geneva, we are looking for a Financial Controller.

Your activities at your future employer :
- You manage the company\\\'s financial planning and cost/revenue analysis.
- Support the budgeting process
- You keep the accounts up to date, as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- You manage and control project costs, expense reports and credit card statements.
- You follow up unpaid customer invoices.
- You participate in the preparation of financial statements and the annual audit.
- You manage the administration of IT tools and are the main contact with IT.
- You assist your colleagues when they have IT problems
- You coordinate and monitor a wide variety of projects
- You provide administrative support
- You have a university degree or equivalent in finance/accounting and at least 2/3 years\\\' professional experience in controlling.and/or accountant
- You are used to working with large databases and are comfortable with numbers
- You are proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Macros, VBA) and have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ideally, you have previous experience of ERP and/or accounting systems (GIT WinEUR)
- You have experience with Swiss GAAP standards
- You are comfortable with computer systems, software and hardware
- You are fluent in English and French. Italian is a plus
- You are an open-minded person with a high level of social skills
- You are precise, responsible and proactive
