Main responsibilities in dealing with day-to-day management of the client relationship and taking ownership of all administration topics, e.g. complex account openings (domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations), executing tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Private Banking account (formalities, payments, capturing of special conditions, documentations)

Qualifications
You should possess a completed banking apprenticeship with further education or a degree of higher education combined with at least 1-2 years of working experience or experience within the financial industry and/or client servicing in combination with knowledge of Private Banking processes as well as systems
High motivation and willingness to learn combined with the ability to cope with pressure next to excellent organizational skills, a structured and efficient work approach
Proactive and self-motivated personality with a high customer orientation and the willingness to go the extra mile
You demonstrate interest in understanding the risk, compliance and various regulations involved within our business
Strong communication skills and a mature mind-set which enables you to deliver a strong customer service experience
Fluency in German & English is essential for this role
