General Description of the Role

The incumbent of the role will be part of the marketing team and will be reporting to the Senior Brand Manager Aperitivo Portfolio focusing on brand management, digital, and consumer events.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

The individual will deal with the following main activities:
  • Independently leading a product portfolio
  • Creation of sales presentations in collaboration with customer marketing
  • Budget planning and tracking
  • Coordination and monitoring of the marketing activities for the portfolio applying a brand-building approach based on consumer and market needs
  • Interpret available market research studies and apply findings to support marketing and sales strategies
  • Monitoring of trade marketing activities and promotions
  • Support the brand management team on specific projects
  • Support on ATL & BTL campaigns and their local execution
  • Sourcing of marketing/communication/POS materials in line with the brand guidelines
  • Support to the management of agencies and partners (including development of briefs, challenge of agency proposals et al.)
  • Support on Sales Force\\\'s requests and Brand Ambassadors in market-related requests, identifying synergies and optimizing processes to maximize sales impact and execution excellence
  • Proactively launch market scoping activities, evaluating and proposing new partners/agencies across different projects
  • Active participation and contribution to the local and international marketing community
Key Relationships

Internal: Marketing, CCM and Sales local teams, Logistic team, Group Strategic Marketing Team

External: consumers, agencies

Education/Professional Qualifications
  • University Degree in Business, Management, Marketing and/or Communication
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English, a third language is a plus
Key competencies and traits
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a marketing or channel and customer marketing department
  • FMCG industry knowledge is a plus
  • Business acumen and analytical skills
  • Passionate for brand building
  • Passionate about Campari Group brands, their history, and heritage
