- Track ticket sales volume closely to ensure that revenue is accurately reflected in the financial accounting system.
- Supervise compliance processes and conduct necessary reconciliations.
- Act as a business partner for the commercial Ticketing team, providing guidance and support on financial matters.
- Address customer queries and manage the processing of refunds.
- Provide assistance during the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Aid in the management and preparation of potential international tax filings.
- Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- A solid background of 1-3 years within a financial environment.
- Experience in a high-energy setting is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
- Fundamental grasp of accounting and controlling processes and principles.
- Familiarity with IT systems, such as SAP FI and similar tools.
- Collaborative team member across various functions and locations, sharing expertise effectively within the group.
- Capable of maintaining performance under pressure, demonstrating a high level of initiative.
- Displays keen attention to detail, learns rapidly, and handles confidential information with discretion while working independently.
