Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading technical institution in Switzerland, we are looking for Java Script Experienced Developer - Technical Lead. This is 06 Months contract based in Bern with the possibility of extension.

Main responsibilities

• Designing and developing cutting-edge platform components, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Identifying areas for improvement within existing functionalities and addressing potential technical bugs to enhance user experience.
• Ensuring strict adherence to technical and application architecture guidelines, encompassing agreements, quality standards, and optimal performance.
• Providing essential support to the development team during the implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Creating comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate efficient collaboration and future references.
• Demonstrating unwavering commitment to maintaining and upholding the platform\\\'s architectural integrity.
• Coordinating and leading a team of developers, both onsite and offshore, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Collaborating with clients on-site in Bern to address their specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensuring fluent communication in German, as the documents and communication are in German.

Your skills:

• Proven experience in Java Script development, coupled with a deep understanding of its concepts and best practices.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining various platform components, showcasing proficiency in ensuring their efficiency, stability, and performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify technical bugs and optimize existing functionalities effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of technical and application architecture principles, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead a team of developers, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Fluent communication skills in German, both written and spoken, to facilitate seamless communication with clients and team members.
• Flexibility and openness to work on client sites in Bern, adapting to their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strong documentation skills, enabling the creation of comprehensive technical documents for enhanced collaboration and reference.
