Level 1
End-User Support:
Provide first-level technical support to bank staff and clients, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshooting:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve common IT problems, including network connectivity issues, login problems, and email-related queries.
Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Software Management:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
Provide user training on basic software usage and troubleshooting.
Security Compliance:
Assist in ensuring that IT systems and data are compliant with security and regulatory requirements.
Participate in security awareness training and contribute to the bank\\\'s cybersecurity efforts.
Level 2:
Advanced Troubleshooting:
Handle more complex technical issues that cannot be resolved at Level 1, including server and network problems.
Collaborate with Level 3 support or external vendors when necessary to resolve issues.
Hardware Maintenance:
Conduct hardware repairs and replacements for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Perform routine hardware maintenance tasks, such as updates and upgrades.
System Administration:
Assist in user account management, Active Directory administration, and access control.
Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure for optimal performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and update IT documentation, including manuals, knowledge base articles, and incident reports.
Provide regular status updates and reports to IT management.
Description du profil :
Bachelor\\\'s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Level 2 support.
Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with hardware maintenance and advanced technical problem-solving.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Fluency in French AND in English
