Tasks and responsibilities:
Allocate and organize resources in IT department and on vendor side to ensure service availability, continuity and good quality; monitor and advise on shift coverage needs
Monitor and track SLAs and KPIs, productivity and effectiveness of IT support services
Ensure teams maintain accurate and timely documentation and updates
Implement performance management reporting and share results
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis regarding progress on projects, performance and potential business risks
Accountable for the execution of the service management processes
Manage and improve Incident, Problem, Change management processes
Help to ensure innovations, quality of service and manage cost of delivery by working with efficiency
Contribute to the definition of global rules and standards for the service
Create and develop documentation as per the projects or initiatives requirements (e.g. SOP, IQ creation)
Plan, write, implement and review the Computer Systems Validation protocols in place within highly regulated industries
Make sure that all computer-based systems are operating as intended (with documents to prove it) and meet regulatory requirements
Take responsibility as author and/or reviewer of various validation documents
Requirements:
Experience in Service Delivery Management and Stakeholders Management
Incident/Change Management
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and provide insights
Knowledge of CSV and Qualification
Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)
Lab environment knowledge is an advance
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands, projects and cross-functional teams
Experience in technical communication, which includes but is not limited to technical writing, instructional design, technical editing, copyediting or proofreading, quality assurance, and user experience design
Experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (i.e. usage analytics, real-time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)
Strong written and oral communication skills, and experience presenting formally or informally
Fluent in German and English language
Demonstrate strong sense of urgency handling critical issues with possible high business impact and allocating resources accordingly
Evident ability to involve and communicate effectively with necessary stakeholders, understand business requirements
