\\n The role of IT Project Lead for Digital Workplace (IT PL) is a support role to the IT Business Partnering Team within the Global Fund Information Technology department with a particular focus on Digital Workplace initiative as well as other collaboration & knowledge management projects. They are acting as a cross-cutting project lead bringing IT and business teams together to deliver project activities in these areas.\\n The vision of the Digital Workplace Initiative (DW) is to deliver digital tools, skills and services that empower employees to confidently, productively and seamlessly work and collaborate across physical and virtual work environments. It is a cross-cutting initiative and also a potential enabler for other business projects. The role of the IT PL is to lead and coordinate this transformational journey within IT as well as across the organization with the support of the IT Business Partners and other key stakeholders.\\n \\n They should also provide an early warning / escalation system of risks associated to the assigned functional area to enhance consistency and to mitigate risks. They will be contributing to operational excellence of IT and efficiency of IT functions within the organization.\\n \\n
\\n Key Responsibilities\\n

\\n This position will serve as Project Lead for the Digital Workplace Initiative covering the following main activities:\\n

\\n Develop and implement a Digital Workplace Strategy and Roadmap leveraging a range of existing communication, collaboration and productivity tools\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Serve as \\xe2\\x80\\x9cProduct Sponsor\\xe2\\x80\\x9d for tools included in the Digital Workplace portfolio as defined by the project team\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Lead the coordination of a multi-disciplinary project team comprised of members from IT and relevant business teams as needed\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Lead organizational or targeted roll-outs of new products or features for tools in the DW portfolio\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Provide advisory services to Global Fund staff on available digital solutions and guidance on which tools in the DW to use depending on the needs\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Design and implement education and adoption programs for tools in the DW portfolio including developing training curriculums, materials as well as leading trainings where applicable in collaboration with HR\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Analyze new tools and features in the digital workplace market for applicability to the Global Fund in collaboration with IT Infrastructure and Operations team\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Develop governance policies, processes and support models for tools in the DW portfolio\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Prepare and provide briefings and reporting to senior management against identified indicators and as requested by CIO, IT BP Manager\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Proactively engage with IT Business Partners & business units for DW to serve as an enabler or collaborative partner to other organizational initiatives that could benefit or necessitate digital solutions\\n
\\n
\\n\\n
\\n In addition to the Digital Workplace Initiative, this position may be requested to provide project coordination or management, business analysis, or input for IT mandated projects in line with the IT Strategic Objectives and as identified by the Chief Information Officer or IT Business Partnering Manager. The Scope and nature of these projects will be defined based on organizational needs identified. Such projects may include (but are not limited to):\\n

\\n Coordination of the development and implementation of new tools using products within the Digital Workplace Portfolio\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Coordination of IT elements relating to a refresh of the Global Fund Intranet\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Contribution to knowledge management projects advising on potential digital solutions to address identified business needs\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n As a project lead, they will:\\n

\\n Be responsible for project status report on initiatives and enhancements they are in charge of.\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Ensure adherence to IT internal governance processes, and specifically Demand Management, Project Delivery and Portfolio Management.\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Liaise with the Transformation Office PMO to follow up on project and portfolio related topics, and provide support to the monthly and quarterly project reviews meetings, in accordance with the IT Project Governance.\\n
\\n
\\n
\\n Ensure accurate and timely project reporting of the assigned IT Portfolio in collaboration with Transformation Office, IT Business Partners and Project Managers.\\n

\\n Educated to Master Level or an equivalent combination of academic/professional qualifications and experience within the area of Business Administration, financial management, economics.\\n

\\n Formal globally accepted project management certification or equivalent experience.\\n

\\n Accreditation in a recognized project management methodology such as PMI.\\n

\\n Demonstrated extensive professional experience in the area of operational systems, policy and process development / improvement.\\n

\\n Solid experience working in dynamic and fast-changing environment with various stakeholders, diverse cultures and multiple agendas.\\n
