Core Responsibilities:
100% operation / hands-on profile
- Functionally report to the Datacenter System Architect / Technical Lead;
- He/She will take care of operations both to the services that will be assigned to him (Accountable) and to the services on which he will have to collaborate (Responsible);
- He/she will evaluate together with his/her manager new technologies and solutions;
- Will be in Tier 2 support (Tier 1 = IT service desk);
- Will be able to manage consultants for project and system operation / maintenance activities.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Infrastructure (windows server), Vmware and hybrid Cloud environments;
- excellent Microsoft Azure skills or at least other public cloud (aws or google cloud);
- excellent powershell scripting and PowerCLI skills;
- excellent skills: linux;
- good networking skills on fortinet products (firewall, switching and security);
- good database DBA skills (e.g. SQL Server);
- good Cloud IAM skills;
- good skills in \"Infrastructure as Code\" management (e.g. Terraform);
- good skills in Serverless and Containers;
- good skills in Unified Communication (VoIP, SBC, SiPTrunk);
- habit of working in an ITIL-based environment;
- excellent interpersonal relationship and team working skills;
- flexible and curious mindset and led to innovation through IT;
- transversal multitasking approach;
- proactivity and proactive attitude;
- Fluent english required.
