Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Supporting the directorates in identifying and formulating digitalization needs, including material and scheduling planning.
- Advising and assisting the directorates in project initiation, prioritization, and reviewing project documentation.
- Actively participating in the development of the IT strategy in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Serving on the IT Strategy Commission and acting as a liaison to specialist committees.
- Coordinating IT activities within the canton and with external IT service providers.
Achieving the difference requires
- Completed degree from a university of applied sciences in business informatics.
- Several years of professional experience in public administration. Strong affinity for IT and solid knowledge in eGovernment.
- Enthusiasm for digitalization and interest in organizational development, administrative law, especially organizational law.
- Relevant experience in cross-functional project management, further education in agile methodology, and HERMES project management.
- Customer-oriented, friendly, helpful, communicative, and resilient personality.
- Initiative, independent individual with high problem-solving and implementation competence.
