In addition to traditional client servicing, including regular communication with current and potential investors, the candidate will be expected to support marketing initiatives, due diligence processes and fundraising campaigns with the aim to increase assets under management.

Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, the candidate will work in collaboration with the marketing and the portfolio managers in order to serve existing and acquire new clients.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• \\n
• Identification, prospection and acquisition of new investors\\n
• Serve as a primary contact, handling information requests and ensuring excellent relationship management with our existing investors\\n
• Work with our CRM database in order to target suitable investors for our marketing campaigns\\n
• Create high quality marketing and due diligence materials such as pitch books, fact sheets and due diligence questionnaires\\n
• Complete requests for proposals, due diligence questionnaires and ad hoc requests from prospective and existing investors\\n
• Plan and coordinate logistics and presentation materials for investor meetings, roadshows, events and industry conferences\\n
• Support in the client onboarding process\\n
• Ongoing administration of our CRM system\\n

Qualifications

• \\n
• Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s or Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant field\\n
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 relevant work experience preferably in institutional client servicing and/or investor relations\\n
• At ease with all types of investors (i.e. pension funds, family offices, insurance companies and HNWI ) and be aware of respective client needs\\n
• Good knowledge about Real Estate, Private Debt, Private Equity and Infrastructure\\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (CRM Dynamics experience is a plus)\\n
• Commercial mindset, ability to think of future business opportunities when interacting with investors\\n
• Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure while managing tight deadlines\\n
• Self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail\\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build up client relationships\\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written\\n
• Excellent command of German and English (oral and writing). French knowledge is an advantage\\n
