• Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR.\\n
• Conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations.\\n
• Supporting and implementing organizational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organization.\\n
• Planning and management of training measures.\\n
• Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT.\\n

Your qualifications

• \\n
• Academic excellency: outstanding bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s or master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social sciences or Information Technology\\n
• Industry knowledge: profound experience in workforce transformation, min. 1 year of work experience and internship in industry or working with workforce transformation.\\n
• Consulting experience: profound expertise in consulting and project management.\\n
• Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\\n
• Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.\\n
• Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.\\n
• Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).\\n
• Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva or Zurich), and from home.\\n
