Supporting the ATO and OPS management team with administrative tasks, including the licensing of instructors
Correspondence and administration of various Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) applications
Processing invoices and expenses as well as planning training courses
Document management: maintaining and updating training and process documents in the Pilot Training and Pilot School areas to ensure that they comply with current regulations
Maintaining contact and close exchange with our training managers and instructors to ensure smooth cooperation
Participating in projects to improve training processes and training quality as required

Requirements
You have completed a baccalaureate school (grammar school, commercial secondary school or similar)
Passion for aviation and a strong interest in the further development of this exciting field
Strong communication skills & ability to work under pressure
Proficient with MS Office applications
You are a team player, flexible and have a high degree of independence
Very good language skills in German and English
