Position Overview: Investment Banking Analyst

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Role and Responsibilities:

• As an Investment Banking Analyst in this Investment Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in executing and helping to originate Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.
• Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing deal execution processes, including due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, and documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse potential investment opportunities and develop comprehensive financial strategies.
• Conducting market research, industry analysis, and staying updated on relevant market trends.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advising them on strategic financial decisions.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution
• Minimum of Investment Banking Internship or 0-1 year of full-time experiences with exposure to M&A transactions
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in German is essential
