Your responsibilities
The objective of the Internal System Monitoring Manager is to coordinate the internal auditing activity of Kopter, supporting the Certification Quality Managers (CIMF, PO QM and EN9100 QM) in performing their independent system monitoring activity and granting the proper level of synergy with LHD System Monitoring. As PO QM the role embodies also the Kopter Quality Assurance Function for the Kopter Production Organization (POA).
Main Responsibilities & Tasks As Internal System Monitoring Manager: \\xe2\\x96\\xbaPlan and control the Kopter internal audit program, collecting the audit requirements of the relevant parties \\xe2\\x96\\xbaFunctionally manage the pool of auditors, ensuring its adequacy and effectiveness \\xe2\\x96\\xbaExecute audits to verify the degree of conformity of Kopter to the different certification systems and support Authorities and Certification Bodies in their audit plans \\xe2\\x96\\xbaManage the detected Non Conformity till their resolution \\xe2\\x96\\xbaHarmonize tools with LHD and ensure robust planning, proactive progress monitoring and relevant reporting of System Monitoring key objectives
As Production Quality Manager: \\xe2\\x96\\xbaSet up and maintain the Production Organisation Exposition (POE) and their associated procedures, forms and instructions \\xe2\\x96\\xbaCreate and executes the POA yearly audit plan \\xe2\\x96\\xbaAct as focal point for POA external audits by authorities, accrediting bodies or customers \\xe2\\x96\\xbaCoordinate the reporting and monitor the timely resolution of POA audit findings
Your qualifications & experience
\\xe2\\x96\\xbaEngineering Degree/Diploma or technical apprenticeship in Aerospace engineering \\xe2\\x96\\xbaMinimum 5 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in a helicopter operations/production environment \\xe2\\x96\\xbaMinimum 4 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience as member of the Quality Team in a \\xe2\\x80\\x9cmid-size\\xe2\\x80\\x9d organization in the aviation industry \\xe2\\x96\\xbaGood knowledge of the EASA regulatory system, specially of Part 21 \\xe2\\x96\\xbaGood knowledge of leading and executing audits and assessments \\xe2\\x96\\xbaExperience in interfacing with aviation entities \\xe2\\x96\\xbaEnglish minimum C1
