At our Direct-to-Consumer and Team Performance Training Department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an
INTERN DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER & TEAM PERFORMANCE TRAINING (M/F/X - 100%)
In this stimulating internship, you are in a headquarters position, working on HQ commercial projects while being in close contact with our international platforms, giving a global dimension to this position. The role is allocated within the global Direct-to-Consumer Team and reports directly to both the Global DTC Performance Manager as well as the Global Head of Digital and Team Performance Training.
Start: October 2023 or upon agreement
Duration: 6 Months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up and distribution of daily and monthly sales reports to HQ and global markets
Ad-hoc analysis of global DTC (Retail/Ecom) distribution network along with main sales KPIs
Preparation and analysis of sales data for market coaching, market visits and executive management presentations
Creation and further development of existing coaching and training tools, content, roadmaps, tracking, feedback coordination, etc.
Support with creation and distribution of digital training content via My Copilot app or virtual studio presentations
Organization and coordination of large HQ trainings (approx. 2-3 trainings per internship)
Support for the DTC team with additional needs in administration, budgeting, reporting, new project management etc.
Training and coaching efficiency is measured by boutique KPIs and Customer Experience evaluation result
YOUR PROFILE:
Your profile should combine both quantitative (e.g., analytical thinking, number crunching, etc.) and qualitative (e.g., creative ideas, design affinity, etc.) skills:
Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or similar
First experience in the field of Sales / Retail / Marketing / Finance / Consulting
Team player with strong analytical and project management skills
Independent, dedicated and highly motivated individual with a high affinity for our brand and strong enthusiasm for our products
Pro-active and flexible mindset with a hands-on mentality
Very strong digital tool knowledge and at ease with different software solutions, especially Excel and PowerPoint (SAP knowledge is an asset)
Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication) is a must and any other language is a plus
