Intern Corporate Strategy (all, 80-100%), 6 months \\n

As a part of the Strategy & Transformation team you support the translation of strategies into initiatives with strong focus on execution and value creation. Based on data and analytics you assist achieving growth plans and profitability goals. You will be responsible for project management and tracking, working closely with cross-divisional teams. The ideal start date for the internship is January or February 2024. \\n

Support the definition and evolution of Mammut\\xe2\\x80\\x99s corporate & functional strategies \\n
Drive translation of strategies into initiatives with strong focus on execution \\n
Take ownership of initiatives or own work packages, working closely with teams \\n
across departments and on global level \\n
Gather data and performs analysis \\n
Support and back up decision making based on business case calculations \\n
Assist the tracking of projects in the PMO \\n
Support development and execution of change management and internal communication initiatives together with internal stakeholders and across all hierarchy levels \\n
\\n
\\nPlay to your strengths:\\n
Completed or almost finished studies (Bachelor/Master) in Business / Economics or similar studies \\n
First working experience ideally in project management, strategy or business transformation \\n
Strong management and planning skills \\n
Hands-on & self-motivating personality with a strong analytical capability & data-driven mindset \\n
Excellent communication & presentation skills \\n
Strong knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams etc.) - Asana, Power BI and Atlassian are a plus \\n
Fluent in English, German is desirable \\n
A strong team player with passion for the mountains and outdoor sports in general \\n
