\\n Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Switzerland is recruiting for a(n) Intern Communication & Public Affairs, located in Zug.
This position is an opportunity in the field of communication for one year. It is particularly sought at students in a higher semester and graduates up to a maximum of one year after graduation.
In this role, you will co-supervise internal and external communication channels and the development and handling of respective communications materials. You will gain comprehensive insights into the activities of corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling communication projects (planning, developing and implementing) for the Swiss Communication & Public Affairs Team of Johnson & Johnson
- Developing materials for various communication channels, incl. texts, visuals, videos, presentations
- Adaptation of websites and content maintenance on the intranet
- Communications support for events or virtual meetings
Education:
- Degree in communication, German language and literature studies, journalism or equivalent
Required:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (German and English)
- Initial experience with concept development and basic project management
- Confident in using MS Office applications
- Experience with content management systems and Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with other digital tools, e.g. video production or image editing
- Initial experience in corporate communications and/or journalism is an advantage.
- Inspiring personality with the ability to work and drive activities in a diverse, international and at times complex environment
- Creative and pragmatic demeanour
- Proactive and constructive teammate
- Excellent knowledge of German (first language)
- Very good English skills
- French as an additional benefit
