You\\\'re currently pursuing a Master\\\'s, or MBA degree with a Communications, Marketing or Advertising focus and after some previous Communication experience you are now looking for an end-of-studies internship of 6 months, to put your range of skills into action.
You\\\'re a self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
You are a quick thinker who can rapidly understand complex subjects and you have an appetite for economic and financial issues
You shows operational responsiveness and have some project management skills
Things change and move pretty fast on a trading environment and your ability to quickly adapt, change direction and think out of the box is critical.
You have a good penmanship and you fluently speak and write in French, English is a bonus.
With your natural ease, you will be able to integrate into a resolutely international environment.
Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (including PPT and XLS)

We are offering an exciting 6-months internship opportunity within our Communication team located in Geneva. The team in not only supporting the communication efforts locally but also internationally (including Singapore and Houston offices).
About us
TotalEnergies has developed a strong expertise in oil and biofuels, natural gas and electricity trading. Trading entities are based in Geneva, Paris, Houston and Singapore.
TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now bring together very large teams around trading activities: TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP).
In order to support the growth of our communication department who has been recently set up as an innovative function. The communication practice is mainly internal-focused (branding strategy, corporate information and promotion of the variety of our jobs) and is supported by a wide range of communication tools and measures (editorial, internal events, company social networks, \\xe2\\x80\\xa6).
What you will do :
You will support the communication department in their daily tasks including but not limited to:
Research of topics for the internal newsletter and intranet, news writing, iconographic research.
Production of internal communication videos using diverse tools such as Pitchy, iMovie, Canva, \\xe2\\x80\\xa6
Logistical and operational support for internal communication events
Formatting of documents (presentations, posters, using Powerpoint, Word, Canva, \\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
Contribute to a web project, including analysis, writing and recommendation.
You will also be in charge of two specific missions at the heart of the deployment of the internal communication strategy:
Community management of the Sport Community : support to the sport leaders within the organisation, update of the dedicated dashboard, writing of news pieces, specific projects in order to increase notoriety and visibility of the community within
Deployment of an the employee volunteering program dedicated to local citizenship initiatives : follow-up of the program, promotion to the employees, prospecting new NGO and mission to be added to the program, regular meetings with the corporate team leaders, reporting.
