An intern looking to make an impact, serving Symbiotics\\xe2\\x80\\x99 client base of European asset managers and institutional investors. You will have the opportunity to facilitate our sales efforts across our target markets and be also involved in compliance and middle-office functions. \\n

About the Job \\n

Pre-Sales and sales support \\n
\\n
Institutional market watch and updates, identification of potential targets in the scope, \\n
Contribute to proper localization and timely update of marketing documentation, preparation of bilateral meetings \\n
Assist in keeping the CRM tool up to date and complete (contacts/ activities/opportunities) \\n
\\n
Event / webinar / investor communications support \\n
\\n
Assist the Sales manager in reviewing / negotiating / coordinating SYAM presence at industry or client events, and in organizing own events for professional clients \\n
Assist the Sales manager in the client / press / public relations of SYAM, including prepare presentation and marketing materials \\n
\\n
Compliance & fund governance \\n
\\n
Support AML/KYC & other regulatory duties \\n
Support product and fund governance function \\n
\\n
Your Qualification \\n
\\n
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and positive person. He/she works well independently but is also a team player. The intern will be provided on the job training and close mentoring. \\n
\\n
\\nMore specifically, we have the following requirements:\\n
Gap year or master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in business / economics or similar \\n
Interest in impact investing, and desire to build knowledge of our business and markets \\n
Excellent written and oral communication skills \\n
Digitally savvy, knowledge of marketing & sales software tools (MS Dynamics, Mailchimp, Sharepoint, MS Office) is a plus \\n
Fluent English & French \\n
French/EU National or valid French Work Permit \\n
