-Provide Financial support and analytics to the Head, manage a global team of analysts as well as oversighting the Finance processes globally

-The role is acting as Finance Partner for the Head of the BU and the Leadership team as well support the BU Finance leader for the BU.

-The main purpose is to provide Business Partners with appropriate support in the area of expertise (Finance, tax, reporting, audit\\xe2\\x80\\xa6), to monitor the business activity and key indicators for the organization and report any deviation, to participate in and facilitate, where possible, restructuring and re-organization activities.

-The role will also involve managing a team of 4 globally (2 direct, 2 dotted line, ensuring accounting is compliant with US GAAP, Corporate reporting deadlines are met with appropriate data accuracy, and ensuring all local financial performance and key indicators and take appropriate actions to mitigate deviations and risks.

-Role shall also ensure compliance with the tolling structure requirements.

-Line Management Responsibility: 2 Cost Analysts

-Financial/Budget Responsibility

-SOX, Group Policies, and local regulation compliance

Description du profil :

-Strong background in manufacturing reporting, particularly using SAP in a manufacturing structure.

-Ability to read, analyse and interpret financial procedures.

-Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

-Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Senior Management, other Finance staff and other departments both internal and external

-Good communicator in English (French or German language is a plus)

-Ability to apply concepts of US GAAP.

-Must be highly numerate and extensive use of Excel,SAP, Qlikview/PowerPivot and

to manage team to expected results and managed tight deadlines.Essential

-Qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent or very experienced

-Strong SAP experience in a manufacturing organization

-10 or more years in a financial position, providing financial analysis and supporting strategicand tactical decisions.

-Worked in a similar size organization at senior level

.Software including Lotus Notes, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Hyperion, SAP

-Experience in US GAAP, SOX and Swiss GAAP
