Tasks
- Support and lead Legal & Compliance workstreams in all stages of M&A transactions
- Lead legal due diligence with support from external specialists
- Negotiate, draft, and amend transaction agreements
- Advise the leadership on M&A requirements
- Manage outside legal counsel
- Fluent in English and German
- MLaw, Swiss bar admission is an asset
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- In-depth experience in corporate legal matters and M&A topics
- At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or as In-house legal counsel
