The education and training of the flying personnel includes various mandatory medical courses. For this area, we are looking for two instructors to strengthen our team, which can be part-time or full-time.

• Competent and practical teaching of medical knowledge in the classroom and in our medical mockup
• Participate in the development of teaching modules and ensure their further development and completion of course-related clerical tasks
• Development of training concepts and course programs together with the specialist managers and the Head of Medical Training in accordance with legal requirements
• Contact person in the medical department for students and employees

Requirements

• You can prove a completed education in nursing (diploma AKP / DN 2 / HF) and professional experience in this field (nursing diplomas acquired abroad must be recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC)).
• The use of MS-Office programs is easy for you and you speak fluent German, as well as good to very good English
• We attach great importance to good manners and a good way of expressing yourself
• Experience in adult education is an advantage, but not a must
• High level of initiative and goal-oriented approach
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends
