What you\\\'ll do

As a Network Security Engineer, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll take the responsibility over many different network security products and maintain them through different life cycle phases, from evaluation, over design, implementation and operation until decommissioning. BAU activities around the whole service and from time to time an on-call duty belongs to that as well.

Our Security & Data Protection team is an important hub when it comes to security, authentication, integrity and confidentiality. With vendors support you will help the team and its customers to deliver the best services by selecting the best technologies providing secure and controlled communication between business critical applications.

You\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll also:

• Run the BAU activity around all products in scope (firewall, web proxy and load balancer)
• Continuously monitor and improve the request fulfilment service
• Maintain product and process documentation
• Provide on-call duty for important weekend activities and after your own changes
• Coordinate troubleshooting and any planned changes with our supporting partner

The skills you\\\'ll need

You\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll need a previous experience in similar role or as a network engineer within IT security or finance industry paired with a degree in computer science or similar. You\\\'ll also need skills and knowledge of IP Firewall Technologies and VPNs, workflow tools to manage IP FW rules, and Web Proxies and Load Balancers.

You\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll also need:

• Knowledge of Advanced Threat Protection
• Scripting or programming knowledge required for task automation
• Good German and English skills
• Some project planning capabilities
• Familiarity with Email Security, ITIL, DevOps, Scrum
