Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
- Provide expert legal advice and support on financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments such as treasury and accounting
- Review and negotiate contracts with a focus on crossborder transactions
- Support the Finance Legal team in all questions relating to the daily business
- Fluency in English
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Completed MLaw, bar admission is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in crossborder transactions
- At least 5 years PQE as a finance lawyer in an international setting
