Our client, an international company specialized in the manufacturing industry, located in the area of Zug, is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Import - Export & Customs Expert (m/f) to start as soon as possible.

- Checking shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers, including customs documentation, commercial invoices and packing lists for all internal companies
- Supporting the development of processes and systems for all customs-related matters, including large-scale projects to secure the appropriate infrastructure and avoid delays
- Collaborating with business services such as customs agents and brokers, to understand whether processes for tariff classification and trade compliance are working correctly
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product availability and provide the necessary support to the 3PL
- Tackling master data topics relating to customs for any system related
- Assisting with transport arrangements taking place by sea and road
- Organizing intra-community deliveries
- At least 5 years of experience in international trade and customs
- Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics with specialization in customs
- Formal training or relevant experience in import/export, customs, compliance or similar certifications
- Extensive knowledge of Swiss and International Customs laws and regulations
- Strong analytical capabilities, familiar with working in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Team player, strong communicator, able to lead change
- Experienced in conducting internal customs audits
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
