\\n \\n For our client, a company in the insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for an ICT Supporter / ICT Engineer for a permanent role.Your responsibilities:- Receiving and processing fault reports and service requests in 1st and 2nd-level support
- Support with technical problems as well as installation and maintenance of the workplace infrastructure
- Responsible for user administration and maintenance of documentation
- Contact person for our employees, with a focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring accessibility
- Contribution to the design and optimization of tasks in the ICT service desk as well as collaboration on smaller projects
- Close cooperation with internal and external parties to find solutions
Your qualifications:- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification and several years of experience in ICT support, preferably in a Microsoft environment
- Very good knowledge of German, other languages \\xe2\\x80\\x8b\\xe2\\x80\\x8bsuch as French or English are an advantage
- Solid experience in client support (Microsoft environments, workplace infrastructure), collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, MS Teams) and network administration. Knowledge of ITIL or agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
- Experience in creating and maintaining operating manuals, instructions and checklists.
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel to our other locations and to do physical work (e.g. transport of work equipment)
- Strong customer focus, high social skills and skilled communication and consulting skills
