- You are responsible for the implementation of operational and strategic HR topics for a Platform in the Business Consulting (Advisory) division and work closely with the leadership team and the partnership of the platform.
- You will work with the leadership team to define people goals and implement them for your unit across Switzerland.
- You will manage the implementation of the various HR processes in your support area. In addition to day-to-day operations, this includes performance management, our compensation and promotion round and talent management.
- You will be responsible for and implement all HR-relevant processes in cooperation with our specialist teams, actively contribute to improvements in our HR processes, and collaborate on advisory-wide or company-wide HR projects as needed.
- You accompany or independently lead complex change projects and HR situations and act as a confidant for the management team as well as the employees in your unit.
Your Skill Set
- You have a university degree in business administration with a focus on HR management or a degree in psychology with further education in HRM.
- You have already gained at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international organization, you are familiar with Swiss employment law.
- You are a highly service-oriented, committed and outgoing personality who enjoys working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment and who is quick on the uptake.
- You have a keen interest in your internal customers and know how to proactively create value beyond the current service.
- You speak and write German and English very well and communicate proactively and confidently in both languages.
