The HR Transformation Program is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key step in modernizing the HR part of our legacy ERP estate and will create sustainable benefits for ABB. This role is an opportunity to join HRTP as a member of the Global DMS (Document Management System) implementation functional workstream. In this role, you will be responsible for working as part of the DMS workstream to facilitate the design of ABB\\xe2\\x80\\x99s future HR Document Management processes and system implementation. It is about fully unleashing and harvesting the opportunities of a new document management system that builds on a single Workday instance, delivering a superior user experience for employees, line managers, and HR professionals. This project role will end mid-2025. A permanent assignment in the post-project support team will be assessed in due course. The role reports to the DMS Workstream Lead.

Your responsibilities

  • \\n
  • Support with several different tasks, that require \\xe2\\x80\\x98hands-on\\xe2\\x80\\x99 work and overall flexibility \\n
  • Would act as an immediate point of reference for DMS related topics that often arise during workshops/meetings/emails and gather, identify, review, map and analyze country specific and document related data using reports and other key metrics \\n
  • Partner with countries to complete testing phase of project - ensuring all configuration, and country specific requirements have been implemented correctly. Partner with UKG team and country to ensure defects are resolved. \\n
  • Prepare detailed data requirements and presentation and inputs for change requests and other DMS related topics as well as preparing test cases descriptions and compile test scenarios. \\n
  • Supporting the end-to-end design of ABB\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Global DMS solution for given processes within the documents workstream under the leadership of the Workstream Lead and cooperation with a Workday functional consultants and countries.\\n
  • Incorporating requirements of the assigned countries to ensure correct DMS configuration and business processes that meet the need of each country and their respective legal requirement. \\n
  • Considering dependencies with other HR processes (within workstream and across workstreams), cross-functional specialists, governance specialists and technical specialists to ensure the out-side-in perspective, further: adequate documentation, testing and cutover. \\n
  • Own DMS small projects or data element, as defined. \\n
  • Learn to configure documents in UKG and SHAPEiN tools, coordinate with countries and make changes to documents as required. \\n
  • Demonstrating change leadership and collaborative problem solving to further the mission of a performance management culture that drives the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s values meets/exceeds all relevant targets and objectives within the business.\\n

Your background

\\n

  • \\n
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Business Management, HR or related discipline.\\n
  • 3+ years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of HR Business Processes, preferably with document management processes, HR IS (Human Capital Management Systems, HCM) and HR Master Data in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organizations and multi-cultural management.\\n
  • Experience with Workday and UKGs PeopleDoc module is highly favorable.\\n
  • Extremely structured thinking and strong communication skills to convince HR professionals, line managers and employees globally of the solutions delivered by Project Fusion and drive the change towards a common plan and timelines. Ability to structure and convey complex messages, urgency and insights into meaningful action plans.\\n
