As a HRBP Country Lead for our Scoober business, you will be part of a dynamic matrix organization. You will own the whole HR agenda within the country and ensure that all HR related processes and HR teams provide excellent, seamless, operational and strategic support towards the business. You will act as a change ambassador and leader in the hypergrowth within new verticals of our business and in the sourcing agenda.

Your role

• Responsible for all strategic HR related matters within the country logistics department, overseeing the staff and courier topics
• Being the strategic people partner for the Country Manager and the local management team and advising them regarding more complex HR related matters
• Supporting the execution of projects and implementing global HR policies, processes and changes on a local scale
• Work closely together with other HR functions such as HR Operations, Recruitment and Payroll to guarantee a compliant and seamless experience for all our employees
• Being the trusted person, when people are in need for a confidential conversation or advice and be the local HR spokesperson to escalate situations if necessary (public affairs, strikes, etc.)

Your profile

• Min. 5 years of experience in HR and experience as HR Business Partner in a complex matrix organization
• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree preferred in Human Resource Management, Employment Law, or a related field
• Experience in dealing with complex HR topics and with different employment setups, especially hourly workers
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor regulations, and it would be a plus to be familiar with Swiss immigration regulations, payroll and industrial relations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to handle difficult negotiations and build strong relationships across the business
• Proactive, data-driven, taking initiative, and being able to multitask and prioritize without supervision
• Flexible, resilient, and open to work in a dynamic and always changing environment
• Fluent in German and English, every additional language is a plus
