Job Description

\\n I\\xe2\\x80\\x99m currently seeking a HR Specialist for an initial 5-month contract with a global leading pharmaceutical company.

In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the administrative processes such as managing post, processing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting in the collation of information for various audits related to People Solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Processing Local Administrative Tasks: This includes managing communications with local authorities, processing invoicing, and handling family allowance processing.
  • Supporting Audits: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information for various audits, including Finance, internal and external audits, Social security audits, Suva audits, etc.
  • Managing Incoming Post: Efficiently handle incoming post, ensuring that critical documents are properly distributed and processed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience working with sensitive information, such as employee data, is preferable.
  • Knowledge of HR operations or shared services environment, or HR functional experience (e.g., HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, HR Service Center) is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as InvoiceTrack, DocuSign, and Workday is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and French is an advantage.
