We are currently looking for an HR Payroll & Admin Specialist with a workload of 60%. In this part-time position, which can also be performed partially remotely, you will be responsible for our Swiss & international payroll and all social security matters, you will also support our HR team in day-to-day business.
Here\\\'s what you\\\'ll do:
Processing of entries and exits using our HRIS system as well as maintenance of
existing personnel and salary master data
Preparation & execution of the Swiss monthly payroll
Responsible for the international payroll jointly with our local payroll providers and
Employer of Records Partners, across Europe, India, and Asia
Responsibility & independent administration with social insurance and withholding tax
administration
Contact person in all international payroll-related issues and respective partners
Take care of and document accidents and daily sickness with relevant parties
Calculation of salary reductions or continued salary payments in the event of long-term
illness or accident
Preparation of year-end reports in Switzerland (AHV, FAK, SUVA, KTG, etc.)
Requirements
Completed basic commercial training and further training in HR / Payroll or a bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s
degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, HR, International Business Management)
3 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
3 \\xe2\\x80\\x93 5 years of experience working in an international set-up
Good knowledge of HRIS systems, and experience working with Abacus is considered
an advantage
Very reliable and responsible way of working
Very good knowledge of German and English, any other language is an advantage
