About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as trusted consultant for our local line managers and employees for all HR-related topics, by offering effective HR business solutions in compliance with the Swiss labor law and internal regulations
Advise on annual performance development processes such as performance review, goal setting, annual merit review etc.
Support the teams and line managers in organizational development programs and change management by offering HR consultancy, analysis, communication support as well as contractual frameworks
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, incl. performance improvement and separation processes
Further develop and adapt HR processes and offers
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
Completed commercial education (FH, Uni, etc.) ideally with focus on human resources
Several years of relevant experience as HR generalist in a similar role within an international setting
Structured way of working and high degree of independence and sense of responsibility
In depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and best practices, with experience in managing complex employee relations issues
Confident handling of Workday and ideally SAP HR as a plus
Excellent English and German skills
Ability to work and interface effectively on all levels
Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
