\\nThe HR Generalist is responsible for executing, optimizing, simplifying and outsourcing HR processes and tasks within the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and across the extended HR team, spanning across multiple teams such as Talent Acquisition and Payroll. The position reports to the HR Director Switzerland and interacts with all levels of staff in performing their duties and assignments.
\\n\\nMain Responsibilities:
\\n\\nManage the Swiss HR processes with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring alignment with the HR Model whilst providing expertise to Employees, Managers and the HR Team.
\\nProvide timely 3rd line support in executing HR processes, such as the entry and exit process, Reference letters, employment confirmations and retirement.
\\nManage the Swiss Global Mobility processes for expats and localizations working effectively with the Global Mobility Center of Excellence and other relevant stakeholders.
\\nManage the HR Portal and all Swiss HR systems and tools along with all related content ensuring accuracy and accessibility, such as the Swiss time and attendance system and the HR TeamSite
\\nData Privacy coordinator for the HR processes in systems in collaboration with the Data Privacy Officer.
\\nOrganise HR related events and People Manager trainings.
\\nManage the Swiss Onboarding Program.
\\nClose collaboration with the Payroll team, communicate accurate and timely information in view of processing of company payroll.
\\nSupport the HRBP team as required.
\\nLead and provide assistance to the extended HR Team for specific HR projects.
\\nSupport the HRBP team with regular reporting on employee data like headcount, retention, turnover and absenteeism.
\\nResponsible for HR related invoice processing in adherence with the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s procurement and payment policies.
\\nResponsible for proper recording of personal data on employee files in SharePoint and physical personal files.
\\nYour Profile:
\\n\\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:
\\n\\nSeveral years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in a HR administration or HR generalist position.
\\nBachelors degree in human resources, Law, Psychology, Business management desired; HR Fachausweis (Official Certificate) is a plus.
\\nProficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
\\nStrong written and verbal German and English skills.
\\nProfessional leadership style with effective communication skills.
\\nWell-organized, structured ways of working with a high level of attention to detail.
