Providing autonomous guidance and support to executives on a wide range of operational and strategic HR issues
Taking charge of the initial resolution of inquiries, incidents, and employee requests within Switzerland
Crafting contracts for new hires, departures, and modifications
Managing cases and offering assistance for long-term illness situations
Overseeing the recruitment and departure procedures
Actively participating in the payroll process
Maintaining personnel master and payroll data
Documenting all data changes, generating certificates, and delivering reports
Coordinating training efforts and supervising apprentices
1 year Try & Hire contract|Home office possibilities
Successfully completed commercial education combined with further training as HR Assistant or an HR Specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification
Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law and proficient in payroll accounting/HR-controlling and taxation
Fluent in German (written and oral) alongside proficiency in English and French as a bonus
Mandatory MS Office application skills, advantageous to have knowledge of SAP HR (Success Factors)
