Facilitating seamless onboarding for new team members.
Coordinating work permits when required.
Issuing employment contracts.
Handling employee relocations when necessary.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data in our system.
Collaborating with the Finance department on matters related to salaries and staff expenses.
Performing monthly and yearly reconciliations for Geneva-based employees, including taxes at source, pension, insurances, and salary certificates.
Maintaining employee files, including processing family allowance and maternity/paternity requests, accident declarations, and preparing various attestations for employees and authorities.
