Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards and competitors for all our markets (also for retail employees)
Develop and maintain a fair and competitive compensation structure, including base salaries, incentives, bonuses, and merit-based pay increases
Ensure our compensation plans comply with the relevant legislations, and aligned with Beiersdorf standards when applicable.
Be a Thought Partner
Serve as the first point of contact and act as a trusted partner for management and employees.
Partner with leadership to align business and People strategy while ensuring cost efficiency by anticipating and addressing organizational challenges.
Proactively provide insights to the HR VP and Centers of Excellence (COE) to contribute to the HR strategy.
Drive Change
Coach and support management in embodying La Prairie Leadership standards and championing cultural transformation.
Collaborate with VP to challenge and redefine processes and ways of working aligned with business priorities, fostering cross-department collaboration to enhance productivity.
Work closely with VPs and the HR Department to identify opportunities to strengthen employee experience and engagement.
Deliver HR Business
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and employees, including coaching, feedback, advice, recruitment, EYR, talent retention, career development, training, and conflict management.
Adapt and implement Global HR projects across various departments.
Work alongside other stakeholders on specific projects at group or brand level.
Ensure Compliance and Efficiency
Handle complaints and grievance procedures in a professional and compliant manner.
Ensure smooth and timely communication with HR Services by providing relevant data for payroll execution, including absences, bonuses, and leaves.
Your Profile:Experience & Expertise:
12-15 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering, ideally in the retail industry.
Strong knowledge and experience in Swiss labor law (mandatory).
Knowledge of designing compensation packages and bonus programs across different departments and seniority levels.
Business & Leadership Skills:
