• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung der Linien bei der Personalrekrutierung
• Durchf\\xc3\\xbchrung von Ein- und Austrittsprozessen Betreuung von
• Mitarbeitenden Mitarbeit und \\xc3\\x9cbernahme von Projekten
• Stellvertretung der Leiterin Personelles

Erwartetes Profil

• Abschluss als HR Fachfrau/Fachmann mit eidg.FA oder dipl. Personalleiterin/Personaleiter NDS HF
• Mehrj\\xc3\\xa4hrige Praxiserfahrung im Personalwesen
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Personalrekrutierung
• Selbst\\xc3\\xa4ndige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
