For an international company based in Lugano we are looking for a:
HR ASSISTANT
Responsabilities:
- Support HR across EMEA with any system related queries (SAP) - Assists in testing new HR systems, preparing training and providing SOPs - Assist in selecting eLearning content from vendors and uploading eLearning courses - Collects and consolidates HR related data internationally - Prepares monthly headcount report and worforce analysis - Assists in providing all reports on HRIS (performance review, eLearning courses, survey) - Assists in processing permits and social insurance notifications - Assists in maintaining and update Holiday table - Monthly Payroll processing in salary database and timely bank transfers - Responsible for employee social security
Skills
- A minimum of 3 years\\\' experience, preferable in an international company - SAP Succes Factors - Good MS Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivots,...) - Indispensabile buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo livello B2) - Fluent English
