Als Leiterin oder Leiter des Sustainability-Teams sind Sie verantwortlich f\\xc3\\xbcr die Konzeption und Implementierung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der Swiss Life-Gruppe. Sie f\\xc3\\xbchren neben Ihrem Team eine organisations\\xc3\\xbcbergreifende Matrix-Organisation, in die alle f\\xc3\\xbcnf Divisionen der Gruppe mit ihren Nachhaltigkeitsverantwortlichen und Fachspezialisten eingebunden sind.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

• Die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie der Swiss Life-Gruppe weiterentwickeln und implementieren, dass sie sowohl unternehmerischen Bed\\xc3\\xbcrfnissen als auch regulatorischen Vorgaben gerecht wird
• Gestaltung und Steuerung gruppenweiter Projekte und Standards sowie Kontrolle und Reporting in die relevanten F\\xc3\\xbchrungsgremien
• Aufkommende Themen und regulatorische Anforderungen im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich antizipieren, strategische Optionen erarbeiten und umsetzen
• Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer kongruenten, regelkonformen und transparenten Nachhaltigkeits-Berichterstattung der Gruppe sowie Abstimmung mit lokalen Reportingpflichten
• Prozesse und Methoden der Datenerhebung sowie die Datenqualit\\xc3\\xa4t im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich weiterentwickeln
• Aktives Management relevanter Nachhaltigkeitsratings, Teilnahme und Repr\\xc3\\xa4sentation in Netzwerken und Verb\\xc3\\xa4nden sowie Monitoring von Mitgliedschaften und Verpflichtungen

Ihre St\\xc3\\xa4rken

• Bachelor oder Masterabschluss in \\xc3\\x96konomie, Recht, politischen Wissenschaften und/oder eine abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Regulierung, sowie deren konkrete Umsetzung
• Mehrj\\xc3\\xa4hrige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Reporting, Datenmanagement und Projektorganisation
• Mehrj\\xc3\\xa4hrige F\\xc3\\xbchrungserfahrung erw\\xc3\\xbcnscht; Erfahrung in der Finanzindustrie von Vorteil
• Ausgepr\\xc3\\xa4gte kommunikative, konzeptionelle, strategische und analytische F\\xc3\\xa4higkeiten
• Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie souver\\xc3\\xa4ner Umgang mit Anspruchsgruppen aller Hierarchiestufen
