They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Quality to lead their quality assurance and control efforts across all manufacturing sites.

Tasks

As the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for ensuring that their pharmaceutical packaging products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. This leadership role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing a dedicated team of quality professionals across their global manufacturing sites.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the quality function, aligning it with the company\\\'s goals and objectives.
• Oversee QA processes and ensure compliance with international quality standards, such as ISO, cGMP, and other relevant regulations.
• Lead and develop a global quality team, including Quality Managers and QA personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of quality management systems and practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and customers, acting as the primary quality point of contact.
• Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to support business growth and expansion.
• Conduct audits and assessments of manufacturing sites to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage the handling of quality-related issues, deviations, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pharmaceutical packaging quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor\\\'s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (Master\\\'s or Ph.D.) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards, cGMP, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical packaging.
• Proven experience in managing quality teams across multiple sites, including personnel and site oversight.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive a culture of quality and compliance.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective quality management systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally to oversee and support manufacturing sites.
