The Business Unit Finance provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are one of SAP Fioneer\\\'s preferred FPSL solution integrators and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our FPSL team covers all areas of implementatio, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest FPSL teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientiests, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do\\xe2\\x80\\x8b

\\xe2\\x80\\x8b

• Create and manage a high-performing global team for FPSL Banking projects and drive their personal development
• Manage Presales activities, create and maintain service-related documentation for FPSL Banking
• Provide Program Management of FPSL Banking / IFRS 9 projects
• Create and maintain knowledge and consulting solutions for FPSL Banking
• Own, develop and grow customer relationships and collaboration with partner companies
• Play a key role supporting software & service sales for potential customers
• Participate in creation and delivery of banking strategy for msg group
• Align on hiring strategy with the relevant country managers and the Business Unit lead
• Work with the country managers on recruiting new resources
• Contribute to and participate in the msg global\\\'s Communities of Practice

• Establish yourself quickly as trusted advisor to customers
• Work professionally in environment with multiple partners
• Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail
• Communicate effectively internally and externally
• Work well under pressure, under cost and time constraints
• Committed to exceptional customer service, ethics and integrity in all actions
• Master\\\'s degree in Finance, Sciences, Mathematics, IT or similar
• 7+ years of experience in Accounting or Controlling department or consulting in banking area
• 5+ years of consulting experience in FPSL or SAP Bank Analyzer
• 5+ years of leadership role in multiple implementation projects
• Fluent in spoken and written English. other Euopean languages are plus (German, Italian, French, Spanish etc.)
