• You develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost our market presence in Switzerland and neighbouring countries. Your role is like a green field where you have plenty of freedom, with the added challenge of navigating uncharted territory safely.\\n
• Another important part of your role is conducting market research. You are able to identify new business opportunities and devise well-founded recommendations for action that move the company forward. Developing verticals in the field of goods logistics is also part and parcel of your role.\\n
• You are responsible for managing touchpoints in the field of goods logistics. This includes rollout and market positioning, with a view to boosting our presence and visibility strategically in this sector.\\n
• Part of your role is also to allocate our marketing budget smartly and effectively to maximize the return on investment (ROI). This requires you to juggle numbers and to think strategically.\\n
• As an inspirational manager, you head a small, dynamic team, foster creativity and innovation and produce outstanding results in the process. Using your managing expertise and your knack for team dynamics, you create a motivational working environment.\\n
• You coordinate and monitor our sales and marketing activities to ensure seamless alignment and maximum efficiency. You ensure that all activities are in sync and that the brand strategy is implemented effectively.\\n

What you have to offer

• You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a specialism in marketing, or a similar academic qualification.\\n
• You have verifiable management experience in marketing and sales, preferably in forwarding and logistics. You are a visionary with a strategic mindset, which enables you to give fresh impetus to our work, and you are a driving force for change.\\n
• By tapping into your keen analytical skills and your creativity, you are able to identify and interpret market trends and customer requirements. Working with your team, you are able to use these findings to create future-oriented solutions that will increase the market success of our company.\\n
• As an inspirational manager, you act as a catalyst for team spirit, and you proactively foster collaboration across departmental boundaries. Your flexibility and persuasion skills are especially strong.\\n
• Your willingness to travel, both inside Switzerland and to neighbouring countries, is key to this position and demonstrates your commitment to an international, future-oriented role.\\n
• You have an excellent spoken and written command of German and English and good knowledge of French and/or Italian.\\n
