About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build and manage a comprehensive approach to IP management to sustainably grow and protect Swarovski\\xe2\\x80\\x99s IP
• Developing and implementing the IP strategy to align with business objectives
• Managing the corporate IP team to ensure alignment with business strategies
• Evaluating and protecting the intellectual property portfolio, as well as enforcement of IP rights
• Overseeing litigation and reporting on legal matters and enforcement successes
• Definition of KPI\\xe2\\x80\\x99s and delivery of results
• Communicating IP issues within the business and building relationships with senior executives to raise awareness and demand for IP-related matters

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Law degree
• Legal qualification or Bar admission preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in intellectual property protection and enforcement (trademarks, designs and utility patents) within brand-intensive industries (luxury, beauty, apparel, etc.)
• Experience in leading a global team
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
• Concentrated knowledge of the IP discipline, recognized as the organization\\\'s IP expert
• Strength in relying on personal judgment and business acumen for high-level work in collaboration with outside counsel
• Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
• Fluency in languages other than English is an advantage
