Job main responsibilities
Ensure timely reporting and high quality of financial information complying with group and local statutory requirements
Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER
Responsible for the preparation of annual statutory financial statements in accordance with Swiss laws and regulations
Execute local forecast and budgeting process in close collaboration with Group & regional requirements & deadlines
Monitoring & maintain the overall operating effectiveness of the Internal Control System for all legal entities of the Group
Preparation of all tax related matters & declarations (income tax & VAT declarations etc.)
Business partner for all internal and external stakeholders as the local finance head
Maintain and keep a strong business acumen & act as the financial conscious
Support Group Controlling for group-wide projects as pilot country
Being a member of the local Country-Coordination-Team in Switzerland
Lead and manage a \"best-in-class\" local Swiss finance
Monitor and develop the services levels in cooperation with the GBS
Develop the local finance team, processes as well as systems
Candidate profile requirements
Swiss Certified Public Accountant or Expert in Accounting, Reporting and Controlling
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and proactively
eager to handle complex challenges in an international environment
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Teamleader with teamplayer mentality
Hands-on and result-driven
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
