The division is responsible for some of the Group\\\'s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.As the Head of Corporate Actions, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to corporate actions within our organization.You will lead three teams responsible for Voluntary Events, Mandatory Events and Corporate Actions Funds, ensuring that all operations are carried out accurately and efficiently.Your role
Communicate, defend, and implement Corpac\\\'s strategic objectives that arise from Corpac\\\'s vision and mission.
Be responsible for handling corporate events with excellent quality of service while being jointly responsible for the operational success of the department\\\'s other activities.
Assume direct management of the team: develop versatility within the team and between teams, empower employees, contribute to their development, conduct motivating and useful development interviews, manage leave fairly.
Regularly assess the volume and complexity of the team\\\'s workload based on KPIs to be communicated to management.
Ensure rigorous and proactive management of the risks of its activity, identify and propose solutions for improving internal processes and the control environment, ensure that checklists are rigorously supported.
Rely on the expert referent of his activity to represent it in internal and external governance, participate in projects related to the activity and ensure the training and the level of competence of the team.
Constitute an active and benevolent member of the management committee of the service.
Your profileEducation:
Master\\\'s degree in Finance or related field
Requested experience:
Minimum 5 years\\\' experience in managerial role in financial services, specifically in corporate actions and/or income.
Knowledge / technical skills:
Excellent Corpac knowledge.
Good knowledge of financial products.
Good knowledge of financial information sites (Telekurs, Bloomberg, etc.).
Use of SWIFT messaging and common office tools.
Comfortable with web interface tools as a user (JIRA).
Soft skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
High resilience and ability to work under stress.
Excellent communication skills.
Service-oriented mindset with a keen sense of customer relationship management.
