Main duties:
- Support the guidelines office team with project specific and general administrative tasks - Invitation of guidelines authors and follow up of invitations - Meeting organisation - Reference library management - Create and monitor web/IT/general services requests - Coordination and follow up of promotion of guidelines products Requirements:
- Education: University Degree - Fluency in English - IT: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office... - Experience in a scientific or educational organisation, meeting organisation - Residence in Switzerland
