A Day in the Life of a Group Leader
Lead state-of-the-art data science applications and grow their impact on our R&D Nutrition & Health portfolio
Support the team to implement data analytics methodology, build new analytical tools, and generate predictive models to transform our portfolio towards data-driven, translational research
Develop a talented group of junior and senior scientists in Data Analytics to grow their career ambitions as experts and managers
Partner closely with subject matter experts across the Nestl\\xc3\\xa9 Institute of Health Sciences and stakeholders to set strategic priorities
What will make you successful
Masters and/or PhD in Data Sciences, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or related field
Minimum 6-8 years of professional work experience in data sciences in the domain of life sciences
Experienced people leader with a track record of growing talent
Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in data science disciplines like biostatistics, multi-omics integration, predictive modeling, or ML/AI
Track record in scientific publications and a strong external network
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
