Manage with his/her team (9 people) Group activity in:
- Controlling & Accounting,
- Business Planning, & Analysis,
- Transactional Analysis & Controlling,
- Tax & VAT controlling,
- Information System & Data - consolidation, follow up, and constant evolution of softwares and tools,
- Project Management.
Set up and follow Budget processing and manage coordination between internal departments.
Participate in the incorporation of the various subsidiaries and representation offices of the Group.
Set up data collection procedure with suppliers and customers.
Ensure strong processes in transactional activities.
Elaborate and control the statements of performance of the regional structures.
Actively support group project development and start-ups.
Coordinate with the CFO external tax, legal and IP matters.
Prepare and coordinate regular management report with the main ratios and KPI - reporting - monthly activity dashboard.
Coordinate quarterly financial & project dashboards for the Group and presentation of the KPI and actions to the Executive Committee / Board
Manage the quarterly closing process.
Manage the internal control environment and the internal/external audit relation.
Prepare and manage the treasury policy (cash management policy, dividend policy, Forex risk policy and counterparty risk policy).
Prepare a timely performance review of suppliers and members.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Manage the IT systems and structure.

Master\\\'s degree in finance and controlling, or equivalent. CPA certification is a real plus.
10 to 15 years\\\' combined experience within a Big4 audit firm and as a (Senior) Finance Manager in an international company where routine never exists.
Excellent technical (Group Accounting, Financial Controlling, FP&A,\\xe2\\x80\\xa6) and organizational and skills.
Previous experience with Swiss accounting and tax rules is a major advantage.
Team player with strong leadership and management skills, caring for people development.
Entrepreneurial mindset, eager for challenges, ability to accompany business growth and development of new activities.
Energetic, flexible, efficient, rigorous, and autonomous person.
Excellent command of English - other European language (French) is a plus.
